Terms of Service

By installing the TabDocket extension or using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use them. TabDocket is operated by an individual developer, referred to here as "we".

The free extension needs no account. A subscription creates one, tied to your email address. You're responsible for keeping access to that mailbox, since login codes are sent there. Don't share your account with people outside your household or team seat.

Your tasks, tabs and notes are yours. We claim no ownership over them. We access synced content only when you ask us to for support, or where required to keep the service running or comply with the law.

Pro is billed monthly or annually through Stripe, in advance, and renews automatically until cancelled. Teams is billed per user per month. Prices shown at checkout include any promotional price lock applied to your account; a locked price stays locked for as long as the subscription remains active.

You can cancel any time from your account page. Access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, your projects and tasks remain visible and usable — nothing is locked or deleted. You just can't create new items beyond the free plan's limits until you subscribe again.

Email us within 30 days of a charge and we'll refund it. No forms, no explanation required.

Features that are free today stay free. Limits that are unlimited today — tasks, tabs, notes, buckets — stay unlimited. We may add new paid features, but we won't put a cap on something you already rely on.

Don't use TabDocket to break the law, don't attempt to access other users' data, don't resell the service, and don't attack the infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that do.

We work hard to keep sync reliable, but the service is provided as-is without warranties. Keep your own exports for anything you can't afford to lose. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
